Return Policy for SKAFF

We offer a 30-day return policy for all our textile-related items, including fabric wall coverings, curtains, home accessories, and furniture cushions. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at skaff@skaffgroup.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at skaff@skaffgroup.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. These include:

  • Custom-made items: Any bespoke products or items that have been specially tailored or customized for you.
  • Special orders: Products ordered specifically upon request, not part of our regular inventory.
  • Fabric Wallcoverings: If the fabric has been cut or altered in any way, it cannot be returned.
  • Curtains and Cushions: If these have been used, or if they have been altered to your specifications (such as custom sizing), they cannot be returned.
  • Home Accessories: Items such as rugs, lamps, and other decor that have been opened or used.
  • Furniture: Any furniture pieces that have been assembled or altered after delivery.
  • Sale items: Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards: These cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges
To get the item you want, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no justification required. The item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
